Terms of Service

"Online Coaching Session" Terms

- The "Online Coaching Session" services provided by "Axelalex Music & Art" is billed monthly.
- The Sessions will take place online via "Zoom" (other platforms may be used if requested).
- Sessions don't take place on "Pause Days" (from the 23rd of December to the 1st of January and from the 1st to the 31st of August.)


Payment Terms

- Monthly subscription: By purchasing a Subscription Plan, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

- Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, "Axelalex Music & Art" will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle and will continue to do so, each month at the then-current Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.

- Due Payments: If a payment is due for more than 10 days, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and the service will no longer be provided.



Refund Policy

- Any request for a refund on services provided by "Axelalex Music & Art" will only be accepted and processed if we are unable to deliver the service. 
- In case the services provided by "Axelalex Music & Art" are permanently unavailable you will be informed and we will contact you to start a refund process for the affected services.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

-  You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on Account/My Subscriptions, and following the cancellation procedures. If you need help, feel free to contact us via the Contact Form or to

- You may cancel your Order until 3 days after its purchase by contacting us via the Contact Form  or to
- To reschedule please contact us 3 days before the session time in advance.
- Sessions won't be refunded or rescheduled under the following circumstances:
1. You, the Customer, cancel or miss the session;
2. You are unavailable and/or late for more than 10 minutes from the booked session time.
- In case the Coach/Tutor cancels or misses the session, it will be rescheduled.
- Any rescheduling procedure must be agreed by both, the Customer and the Coach/Tutor.  



"Free Trial" Policy
- A single "Free Trial Session" is available to every new Customer and valid for 3 months after booked.
- The "Free Trial Session" is personal and non-transferable and only new Customers may book it.
